You can use AuraVMS to request quotations from your suppliers. Suppliers will receive links in Email and WhatsApp (based on your plan) to quote on your requests. Once they provide a quote, you will be able to see and compare all quotes on your screen. Once you finalize a quote, you can place order against that on AuraVMS itself, and the supplier will receive all essential details regarding your order.

No. There is no limit to the number of suppliers you can invite for each request. In fact, you can even create different buckets by assigning tags to your suppliers to make sure you invite all relevant suppliers in all of your request yet do not spam other suppliers.

Yes. Your requests remain "Open" until you either place the order on AuraVMS or you manually mark a request "Closed". We also provide beautiful dashboard where you can track open requests, their aging and more.

Under our medium plan, we allow you to send reminders to the suppliers who have not yet responded. This makes sure that if your supplier misses your communication, he should be able to quote because of these reminders. You can send any number of reminders you want.

Yes. You can create a format for your purchase order or you can simply upload a purchase order while closing a quotation. You can also integrate AuraVMS with your own internal system which generates a purchase order, AuraVMS will generate the PO from your system, and send to the supplier too! This feature is only available under enterprise plan as customization.

Yes. You can enable and set multi-level approval workflows with different business logics based on products/quantity/suppliers etc. However, such features are only available as a customization under the enterprise plan.

You can access AuraVMS web app on your mobile phone. We have not made the APP for it yet as almost all of our customers are purchase managers or owners, who prefer to work on the desktop. We would certainly not mind creating an app for our enterprise customers!
