Quotation Collection

Quotation collection is the controlled process of requesting, receiving, and organizing commercial offers from selected suppliers. The objective is to receive complete responses in a consistent format before comparison begins.

A structured collection process defines the requested items, quantities, specifications, response deadline, delivery expectations, and the fields each supplier must complete. AuraVMS sends invited suppliers private response links and collects price, available quantity, lead time, remarks, and supported attachments without requiring supplier accounts. AuraVMS does not operate a supplier-discovery marketplace.
