Step four: suppliers reply. The link opens a private quote page, made just for them. Don't stock an item?

They decline it with a reason, so you know straight away. For everything else, they enter their price, minimum order and lead time. They can attach their own quotation or certificates too.

After submitting, they see how their price ranks. That keeps prices sharp.

Compare quotes and place the order

Step five: compare and order. Every quote is already waiting for you. For each item, quotes sit side by side, with the best price, minimum order and lead time highlighted.

Click Place Order. Negotiated a better price? Just change it before you confirm.

You can also split the order, buying each item from whoever offers the best price. Each supplier gets a purchase order by email.

Team roles and permissions

Working with a team? Bring everyone into one workspace. Each person has a role, and a manager they report to.

Invite a colleague by email, then choose their role and who they report to. Then control exactly what each person can do: create requests, send them out, add suppliers, or export data. Switch each one on or off.

And as a manager, you see your team's requests alongside your own.
