Client calls, a review on your blog, a walkthrough video, a post in an industry group. Anyone who clicks has 60 days to create an account and still be counted as yours.
- Step 3
Earn on every payment they make
Each time a team you referred pays, 25% is credited to you. It unlocks 60 days later and goes out on the 1st of the month once your unlocked balance reaches $100.
Program rules
The rules, in plain words
- Joining costs nothing and needs no paid plan: any AuraVMS account can take part. To be paid you need a Wise or PayPal account that can receive US dollars.
- A referral counts when someone creates a new AuraVMS account within 60 days of clicking your link, in the same browser. Accounts that existed before the click never count, and if they click another affiliate’s link later, the newer link takes over.
- You earn 25% of every payment that customer makes for AuraVMS, including extra seats and add-ons, for as long as they keep paying. If they upgrade, your future commissions go up with their bill. Annual plans earn when the annual payment is made.
- Each commission unlocks 60 days after the payment it came from. On the 1st of every month we pay out unlocked balances of $100 or more; a smaller balance carries over to the next month. Transfer fees are taken from the payout.
- Refunded and charged-back payments earn nothing. If that commission was already paid to you, it is subtracted from your next payouts, and your balance can go below zero.
- Not allowed: referring yourself, your own company or accounts you control; paid ads that send people through your link; bidding on AuraVMS in search ads; spam; coupon and deal sites; and describing AuraVMS as something it is not. Say that you are an affiliate wherever the law requires it.
- Referrals that look suspicious are held for review. If we reject one, its commission is forfeited.
- Breaking these rules can close your affiliate account, stop your link from counting and cancel commissions that have not been paid yet.
- We may change these rules or end the program, and we will tell you by email before we do. Commissions you have already earned keep the terms they were earned under.
- You are responsible for the taxes on your affiliate earnings.
Customers you refer pay the normal price; the program gives them no discount.

Do I need to be an AuraVMS customer to join?
You need a free AuraVMS account, but not a paid plan. Consultants, bloggers, YouTubers, accountants and anyone else who talks to purchasing teams can sign up, open Affiliates in the app and join in one click. Trying the free trial does help you explain it well.
Which pages can my link point to?
Any page on auravms.com or app.auravms.com. Add ?via=yourcode to the address, for example https://www.auravms.com/pricing?via=yourcode, or send people straight to https://app.auravms.com/signup?via=yourcode.
Do the people I refer get a discount?
No. They pay the normal AuraVMS price, so there is no coupon code to share or leak. You earn from what they actually pay, after any discount they found elsewhere and before taxes.
How do annual plans and upgrades work?
An annual plan earns you 25% of the full annual payment when the customer pays it, unlocked 60 days later. When a customer adds seats or moves to a bigger plan, every later payment is larger, and so is your commission.
What do I see in my affiliate dashboard?
The Affiliates page inside AuraVMS (app.auravms.com/affiliates) shows your link with a copy button, the clicks and new accounts it brought in, your paying customers by number (never their names), each commission with the date it unlocks, your balance and your payout history.
Are there any fees?
Joining is free. The only cost is the Wise or PayPal transfer fee for sending your payout, which is deducted from the amount we send.
Can I advertise my link?
Write, film, post and email your own audience as much as you like. What you cannot do is buy ads that send traffic through your link, or bid on AuraVMS in search ads.
What if they sign up a few weeks after clicking?
That still counts. The referral cookie lasts 60 days, and your link works on every page, so a visitor who reads the pricing page today and signs up next month is still yours, as long as they use the same browser and no newer affiliate link has replaced yours.
Do I need a website or a big audience?
No. Many of the best referrals come from one consultant recommending AuraVMS to one client, or a single post in an industry group. One annual team of 10 Medium Team seats is worth $239.70 to you every year it renews.
Which countries can receive payouts?
Any country where Wise or PayPal can deliver US dollars to you. All payouts are made in USD, once a month.
